The 1"" valve body gas control system in an industrial gas valve can be mounted in a panel or on the wall. For direct mounting, the valve body must first be prepared to accept and exhaust port using Honeywell Metric Part No. V5055B1001 . It mounts on a wall or a panel with necessary mounting hardware. Required for use with Honeywell's C Series of on/off and modulating gas valves.

This Honeywell V5055B1002 1"" gas valve is the main outlet to be connected to your burner assembly. The gas valve is connected to the pilot and can regulate the flow of natural gas as well as propane into the burner assembly, providing a consistent and controlled flame. It also features a 2"" remote control valve, allowing you more flexibility in where you want to place your valve.

Industrial Gas valve body features an automatic pressure equalization and flow control design for improved long term flow capability. The metal-seated angle stop disables gas flow. Center screw provides emergency stop to shut off gas supply when the main gate is closed or stuck.

The V5055 valve body includes a factory installed female inlet nipple, which is ideal for retrofitting to piping systems. This gas valve requires the use of a compatible flame detector or pilot device, sold separately. It is used for natural gas and propane gases and is designed for NPT pipe threading with a 1" connection opening.
