Our ZONE VALVE Builder Pack with TH5110 Thermostat - /U package is a great way to get started on your plumbing project and comes with everything you need to take the first step. The Zone Valve controls hot water flow to a desired area of the home or business. The included Thermostat is used to control the temperature in your room through a common wire zone valve connection. The package comes with (1) Zone Valve and (1) Thermostat for easy installation to a 24V of 0.5"" water supply, as well as (4) lengths of 2""x2.25

The 24 Volt zone valve with thermostat (BUILDER PACK with TH5110 thermostat) is A 12-Volt (selectable) solenoid, 2-Station, 2-Position controller. Controller, is factory preset to work on either direct or indirect fired systems at 120 volts single phase power supply and includes one 3.5"L x 0.39"W graphic label that contains the Electronic Manufacturer's Code (EMC) data.

The V8043A1227 zone valve is designed for 0 to 9.7 gpm at a 5 psi differential with a piston travel of 1"" and 30' of saddle pipe.
