This Honeywell 6 second gas valve is for use on any 24V gas pool and spa heater and other similar gas equipment where the pilot lights manually. The timer operates electronically with a single internal 24V battery. When gas is turned on, the time to open will be displayed in seconds. The V8943A1012 24V Injector uses a step motor to activate the valve and features an integrated 6-second delay safety release. The GV1 series of injectors are installed on natural or propane gas generators requiring a 24V DC supply to open the gas valve. When ordering parts, please use the full number rather than just the last 4 digits of the part number (e.g. V8943A1012 rather than V8943A101).
