The VCZZ1600 Valve Cartridge replaces VC160 series 2-way valves for a wide range of applications. The VCZZ1600 cartridge is constructed of corrosion resistant materials for long service life when installed in coastal and other corrosive environments. The large size makes it the ideal choice for systems with high ambient temperature operation. It is compatible with all 2-way VC160 series valves, and meets American Water Works Association (AWWA) standards. With an extended service life, the Honeywell VCZZ1600 cartridge design reduces labor and property costs.

The two-way valve cartridge is the most popular 2-way gas valve. It features a metal spun lever handle with easy to read nickel plated metal pointer and interchangeable yellow and black plastic handles.  It has a brass seat that accommodates a ½ inch internal diameter thermocouple tube, and includes an automatic control heating element to prevent the freezing of the water in cold climates.
