HYDROGEAR ZC-DUBB-6M5A-1SPX EZT INTEGRATED HYDRA (High Performance) UNITS ZCDUBB-6M5A-1SPX incorporate full electronic status feedback for real time requirements. State diagrams are provided for each function and are verified by test equipment. The entire unit is temperature compensated with 16-bit resolution and ranges between -20 to +110°C (-4 to +230°F).

The EZT integrated hydraulic unit is a self-contained hydraulics package used for many material handling applications, including lift trucks, high cycle ergonomic workstations and component assembly carts. The system retrofits onto any standard industrial two or four wheel chassis.

EZT integrated hydra incorporates a DCFC drive system and a hydrodynamic turbine to convert the hydraulic energy from the pump directly into electricity.

The ZCDUBB6M5A1SPX EZT integrated hydro provides power and precision to the Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, and Tennessee River systems. Using our patented piston integrated hydro technology with pump dosing, the ZCDUBB6M5A1SPX EZT turbine has a 20% head to the hydro. This turbine is capable of producing 60 MW of power per unit and is ideal for use in high head applications.
