Ignition Module

The Ignition Module is an easy-to-install component in the range's control box that provides the sensor signal to the control board for the three-millisecond PTC spark generated by the ignition element. It also offers three separate input outputs for remote sensors, such as a Power Burner Switch, Dishwasher Switch or other small appliance.

Our Ignition Module is designed to replace older non-electronic or hard-to-find ignition modules and works with multiple brands of ranges and cooktops. Made with a unique, patented Spark Tester that makes it easier to identify faulty components.

The Ignition Module converts the electronic ignition to a direct start for small commercial range hoods. The ignition module is designed to be installed in place of the ignition control module in Monaco and Retro commercial range hoods with Freestanding or Knee type control boxes.

Designed for use with American Range three try ovens. Gas valve module, surface burner ignition module and microwave surface burner ignition module, each capable of 30,000 to 100,000 operation cycles. The ignition module is used to give a spark to the three-way downstream gas valve input on the range. It has NO mechanical or moving internal parts, and requires NO periodic maintenance.

The CONTROLDIRECT Spark Three-Burner with a 22,000 BTU per hour rating has a grilling area of 1,500 square inches. The casted aluminum burners have a lifetime warranty against discoloration or rusting. The built in Piezo ignition system is efficient and long-lasting since there are fewer exposed moving parts. Controllable stainless steel blading propane delivery system provides constant flame adjustment and prevents free flaming to preclude flashback and flare ups.
