This 1000-ohm, nickel-plated Johnson Controls temperature sensor is made for placement outdoors. It features a 1/2 inch NPT threaded mounting head and a 5/8 inch to 1-1/4 inch adapter.

Our 9309 thermometer sensor comes in an outdoor air, mounting design to measure temperatures of medium-voltage electrical substation outdoor air. It's made from nickel for corrosion resistance, and comes with a 1000 ohm thermocouple.

The temperature sensor is designed to monitor the temperature of the outdoor airstream and send a proportional signal to a controlling system. It's SAE J1164 compliant with a 1000 ohm thermistor – conductor – nickel – case – LHA conductor – NPTM – click lock cover – Temp range: -35°F (-37°C) to 220°F (104°C)

A sensor capable of withstanding outdoor temperatures, this Johnson Controls 9309 device is made of nickel and has a tolerance of 1000 ohms. It offers an open circuit voltage range of 5 to 31.5 volts dc. It offers an operating temperature of -20 degrees Celsius (-4 degrees Fahrenheit) to 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit) with a standard tolerance of 0.25 percent (5 C), 0.50 percent (10 C). The sensor has a circuitry type of completely isolated.

The 9309 is 1000 ohms. Part Number 9309 is not for use with gas heaters. It can be used to monitor duct leakage for air-conditioning systems or belt pack system
