The A-4000-1037 is a "IN LINE FILTER. It is designed to clean the air before it enters your indoor heating and cooling system. The A-4000-1037 removes more contaminants than ordinary filters making the air more breathable.

The A-4000/A Series is designed for use with steam traps, air intakes, condensate drains, or any application where a mesh screen or perforated pipe is required. This line of standard inline filters have a 4 inch full flow opening where the media extends to within 3/4" of both ends. The slotted top frame allows for excellent drainage.

The A-4000-1037 inline filter is a replacement for all standard Oil Purifier and Water Remover systems. It is designed to remove particles larger than 5 microns from the internal refiner product oil and the external injection pump. It consists of: one 3/4 in. Wx 2 inch long activated carbon cartridge and one 1 micron polypropylene filter bag.
