These actuators have a high cycle life and have been tested for 5 million cycles. The Nema 1 enclosures range from -22f to 302f operating temperature ranges. This actuator has a manual override option so you can flip the switch to turn off underflow

The Johnson Controls M9203-BGB-2 Actuator, On/Off, 27 Torque is a part of our complete line of 24v AC Drive controls that is specifically designed to work with 24v AC electric motors.

The M9203-2 series on/off, on/off thyristor actuators deliver up to 75Nm of force and 600VAC. These units feature a 27:1 gear reduction and provide a constant torque output for up to 170 seconds with gentle cycling and 300 seconds with no-cycling. The units respond quickly with less than 1 second of system response time and only 1 millisecond of stand-by time.

The M9203 is an On/Off, 2-position, bi-stable torque control actuator. This SOH or Normally Open (Form A) position 2 actuator is bidirectional, with a mechanical life of more than 1 million cycles. The number of operations for this type is fixed.
