The T4002-125 Johnson Control Plastic Back (Surface-Mtg Back) is used on the T4002125 Plastic Back (Surface-Mtg Back). The plastic back has two 1/4" knockouts that are located 2-1/8" from each end. The plastic back can be installed up to 3/4" (without binding against the tabs of the open/close housing).
