The Remote Controller T-8000-3 is integratable into a standard Johnson Controls T8 system. The controller controls the switching of one or more lamp modules, each containing three bulbs. The module is controlled through 8-bit programming and a 2-position relay. This remote can be used to operate three 9 watt lamps or two 18 watt lamps, by controlling two groups of three. It can also control the on/off operation of a medium base incandescent bulb (not included).

Ideal for hospitality, office and industrial applications. Controls high-output or oil-filled linear fluorescent lamps. T-8000-3 is ideal for remote, long arm applications. Control individual or multiple lamps with one unit: Independent 2-position switching (dimmer or on/off) 70 watts .

The T-8000-3 is powered by the Johnson Controls exclusive, self-contained control technology. It monitors temperature, differential and base data to compensate for fluctuating line voltage and power surges to provide consistent performance through the life of the bulb.

The T-8000 series PR elements are integral-type, reduced iron core, E grade in/out and middle taps, 2 to 3 element controllers designed for 24 volt applications with 50/60 Hz power ratings. They use an advanced glass passivated high voltage power transistor (underwriters lab listed) to deliver control power from the output terminals of the controller. Under most conditions, this allows longer and more reliable life than conventional metallized disc ceramic (MGD) or molded pot (MP) solid state devices.
