The T26A-14 "40/75F HTG STAT is a slow cooking cooking device. The device can be used to heat an enclosure to maintain the temperature between 40°C (104°F) and 75°C (167°F). It can also be used to heat an enclosure to maintain the temperature above 75°C (167°F) to 95°C (203°F). This device has 1 kW nominal output power, 120/240-Volt power connections, timer, and programmable controls.
