This Johnson Controls TE-6000-100 sensor is a -50 to 250F temperature sensor. This sensor measures ambient air temperature to 5/100 of a degree F and provides a 3 to 20 mA output signal train. Used for monitoring temperatures in industrial, commercial, and residential applications.

The TE-6000 digital temperature sensor provides a quick, accurate and convenient method of monitoring your process temperatures. The 1/2 to 4-20mA output signal allows for easy integration with PLCs, programmable logic controllers and other process devices. The sensor's rugged 1/2 to 4-20mA transmitter link allows for a 128 °F (53 °C) operating range with an accuracy level of ±0.5% from -50 to 250 °F (-46 to 121.8 °C).

The TE-6000-100 series of sensor can be used in isolated or non-isolated applications, and has a protection class of IP66. It's accuracy is +/-0.2F and is available in NEMA 4X, 6 and 12 housings with power output options of 0-20mA, 4 to 20mA and 0-10V for remote indication of temperature change, or it can be feed back to provide proportional control.

This temperature sensor is used with Johnson Controls thermostats to monitor temperatures that are outside of the thermostat's range. For use with 9270-40BAN, 9270-40RAN, SE800, TE800, 9024-02EAN, 9024-02UAN, 9024-02UAM, 9024-06WAM, 9024-06WIN.
