"1/2""2-WAY FLARE N.O. 3.2CV 3-6"
The Universal 1/2"" Flare, Two Way, Push Down To Close, 3.2 cv Valve is made of brass and designed for use on cylinders that require a 1/2" CGA size connection. The valve is used as an on/off or as a way to relieve pressure. This chrome plated valve has a two-way function, meaning it can be pushed down to close and pushed up to open. It is constructed from brass with a chrome plated finish and measures 1" high by 2-11/16" wide.
Easily control the flow of your gaseous and liquid products with this flare valve. This two-way valve has a push-down, close function and accommodates both stem and flare connections with 1/2" to 4" pipe size.
Our V-37661003 is a two-way, push-down to close, 1/2"" flare valve. It fits most common service connections used in homes for gas, oil, water heaters, kitchen ranges, boilers and more. This valve has a metal to metal seating which makes it ideal for copper pipe applications.
This 1/2"" two-way valve has plastic bonnet, brass body with stainless steel stem, carbon steel ball and pintle, zinc alloy disk packing. It produces vacuum up to 26 in. W.C.-2500 PSI working pressure. This valve is designed for use on propane/air/oxygen/acetylene service. This valve has 1/2"" pipe connections.
Johnson Controls 1/2 in. Flare Valve, Two-Way, Push-Down-to-Close, Auxiliary Port, NPT Connection
A two-way flange valve, which means this is a valve that, once activated, will take 2 acts to close. The first act would be to push down on the flange to open it. The second act would be pushing down on the flange again to close it. The finish of this valve is made of brass and the maximum pressure it can hold is 6 PSI.

A double check valve is often added before the gas regulator to prevent reverse flow back into the tank.
Hi-Pressure Steel Ball Valves are commonly used in industrial piping systems that require applications of up to 1,000 psi (6,900 kPa).
As with all push-to-close valves, when closing, turn the valve one quarter of a turn after compression has stopped to prevent blocking. The AO Smith ECOflow trim kit is not rated for low temperature service.
