The 3-Way Switch Relay is the power supply to run our Zone Valve. It is a Inductive Switch and can run on 11-15PSI.

The 3-Way Switch Relay by Johnson Controls is a single throw, normally open or normally closed coil, controlled relay. The relays are designed to switch nominal AC loads directly via heavy duty contacts. The 3 way switch can be used with any type of resistance heating system including electrical radiant flooring, furnace fans, humidifier fans, humidistat switches, gravity hot water systems etc., where two or more elements are controlled by a single thermostat or moisture switch.

The V-6135 is a 3-way double throw swtch w/indicator and lock used to select and energize heater and power relay coils in single and three phase systems.

The Johnson Controls 5830/LQ3V Relay (part of the Whelen's V6135 series) is a 3-way, normally closed solid-state switching device used to control high-volume circuit applications such as wiper motor and windshield washer systems. It features a non-reflective black encapsulated PC board and is sealed in a heavy duty polycarbonate housing making it ideal for water and dust environments.

Plug-in switching relays may be used to operate small electrical devices such as lights, fans, pumps or resistive loads. These solid state relays are basically an electrically operated switch that allows the user to switch loads on and off while using very little wiring. The circuit is completed by inserting a coil into each relay. As it switches on, the relay coil energizes and closes one set of contacts while opening another set of contacts.

Fans, blowers and pumps rely on reliable direct-drive motor starters for protection against overloads, short circuits and other power issues. V-6135-2 Relay takes on rugged duty of line voltage sensing of 3-phase loads for use where auto reset is required. It features 2 circuits wired to 115/230 Vac, with three rated output currents, two rated degrees of protection and one thermistor input with selectable ground detection. True zero crossing switching results in reduced noise and electrical interference.

This switch is intended for use with both hot and cold water systems.

The JCI V-6135-2 relay is sized to fit in most lighting control units. Designed to provide 3 W Tungsten bulb loads.
