The V47AS-2 NEW PENN 2"" TEMP. ACTUATED VLV 160/205F without needle is a Verona globe valve mechanical actuator, designed for electronic temperature control, 2"" TC inlet, 2-1/2"" TC supply connection, 4"" NPT on-off actuator outlet.

The NEW PENN 2" Temp-Actuated globe valve from Johnson Controls is designed for open and closed tank applications. For instance, in water/glycol applications, the control has been designed to operate from ambient to 100°F. It features a maximum on-off differential of 160/20 (F internally on body) and is capable of 15 psi.

Johnson Controls' new generation of TempAct StratOS Valves can be easily integrated into Smart technology applications, allowing users to alter the system temperature through an external source. Use with radiant heating and cooling systems, radiant floor heat pumps, air-source heat pumps, outdoor pools & spas and commercial comfort applications. The V47A-2 is a 2"" valve for use in fan coil units and fanned evaporative coolers (EVAP) with 120/208-230VAC as supply voltage.

These valves are used on single- and multi-tank installations. They automatically and proportionately open the water for toilets, bidets, urinals, faucets, etc., based on temperature sensing. This valve has two brass or stainless steel 1/2"" outlets and connects directly to water source (we recommend T&P line material). The valve is constructed of steel castings to provide durability when exposed to harsh maintenance environments. The rotary disc mechanism provides for easy maintenance or replacement of the sensing element.

EconoTemp temperature actuated controls provide the comfort of automatic temperature control in a variety of refrigeration, mechanical heating and air-conditioning applications. These accurate, reliable controls work with many types of refrigerants, including R-22, R-502, R-22/R-134a blends, and R-410A. EconoTemp controls meet ASHRAE Standard 55 for residential ventilation applications. This pressure compensated on/off or modulating valve utilizes a bimetal as the temperature sensing element and is designed to open and close on demand by utilizing a gas spring actuator. V47
