The 316 Stainless Steel, 3/4” 2-Way Ball Valve is designed to handle corrosive fluids. The valves are available with several trim options including plastic, stainless, TPR rubber, metal clad, and various non-solvent compatible materials. They are also designed to fit in hose barbs or hose ends up to 1 1/2" in diameter.

BALL VALVE: The VG series valve is a 3/4" two-way, normally closed ball valve. Flow direction can be changed by moving handle from spud open to spud closed position. Special materials for mild and corrosion resistant as well as braze-on trim kit are available.

This stainless steel ball valve features a flow capacity of 4.7 cubic feet per minute at 14 psi. It is resistant to corrosion and can be used for fluid applications that include steam, oil, gases, vacuum, and pneumatic. The compact design has a projection diameter of 5/8" and a lead length of 1-11/16". It is durable and well-suited for a wide range of commercial and industrial purposes.

A 3/4"" ball valve is suitable for use with liquids or gases that can withstand 200-300psi of pressure. This valve features stainless steel trim that resists abrasion, corrosion, and pitting.

The VG1245BG is designed and manufactured with a design factor of 1.25 and demonstrates Johnson Controls wide variety of ball valve designs ranging from 2-way, 3-way and 4-way designs with either NPT or BSP connections.
