The 67782 Union Assembly Kit for D06U Series Regulators, Inc is a package of all the required components to service your Honeywell regulator.

This Union Assembly Kit is designed for the Honeywell D06U Series Regulators and includes a Union,Gasket, Gasket (12 x 14), Mtg Screws and O-Rings.

This Union Assembly Kit is made to suit the Honeywell D06U Series Regulators. It includes all of the components required for assembly. This kit features 4 - 1/4 in. Compression x Barb x Barbed Fittings, 2 Locked Rotor Knobs, 1 - Upper Union Nut, 1 - Lower Union Nut, 2 - Upper Washers, 3 - Lower Washers and 1 - Spacer Nut.

The Union Kit consists of the following parts: Check Valve, Piston Assembly, Union, Washer, Hex Nut. This kit allows a D06U Series regulator to be used in the vapor return mode. It is recommended that this kit be installed by Honeywell factory trained service technicians only.

The D06U Series Regulators are used with Honeywell's mechanical spring-return (diving, hyperbaric and hyperbaric/pressure demand) life support systems that protect you against exposure to potentially breathing-suppressing pressure levels underwater. Using regulators with these systems is important for the safe and outgas free operation of helmets, face masks, full suits or drysuits at varying pressures.

Honeywell 67782Union Assembly Kit allows the union between the Restrictor Assembly and Body. The Union assembly connects the RGA to the Body. The Union Assembly attaches to the body fitting where the connection of the RGA is made.

This union assembly is used to make a quick connect between the regulator and gauge. It is used for 0600, 0601, 0655, and 0656 drawing numbers.
