This is a Float Switch Replacment Assembly for Frymaster P-100 and P-110 Economical High Temperature Fryer. It is designed as a replacement part for the float switch on model numbers listed below. This float switch kit includes the Float Switch, Cooling Thermostat and Mounting Plug. It is intended as a direct replacement part for use in your existing fryer.

The float switch allows your fryer to start and stop automatically with the water level in your tank, keeping cooked food hot and protecting against scorching. Float switch is 2" high, 2-3/4" diameter and includes 6' cord
