KMC Controls MEP-4002 is an electronic proportional actuator. The output is either 0-10VDC or 0-1Amp of AC current, all through a single output connection. It does not have a built in controller, but instead can be wired/programmed to many different control systems.

This medium duty proportional actuator offers 0-10 VDC and air cylinder with a capacity of 40 in.-lbs. The application range is 100 psi to 140 psi. The Proportional, Integral, Derivative (PID) controller provides intelligent control based on sensor feedback. This system is designed for use with KMC Corp.'s line of multi-turn cylinder valves that provide full-turn or 1/4 turn control while still accommodating panel mounted controllers.

's MEP-4002 electric actuator is a forward and reverse controller designed to control electric power functions in remote areas. The fan cooled NEMA 4X/IP66 rated enclosure can be mounted horizontally (a), vertically (v), or inverted (i), with additional mounting brackets for special applications (b). The expansion port is available to add an optional iQ based BMS module or position feedback sensor.
