This large knob allows you to easily adjust your grill temperature with a simple twist. It is available in red, white, black and blue. This knob is for use with 200-400 degree thermostat pitot tube. The collar opening on the Viega 200-40 0 F Pitot Tube Thermostat is 5/8?(16mm) and fits this knob. It is also compatible with 200-200 degree Viega pitot or thermowells made by PITCO, National Pipe and Supply, Inc., Ideal Climate Technologies, Inc., Natural Gas Supplies, Inc., and Omega Python Industries.

PITCO's 200-400 degree Fahrenheit brass knob thermostat has a well-crafted, rectangular shape and can be installed on the outside of a pit to regulate internal temperature. The light weight, smooth lever allows for easy control.

The standard model 200-40° knob is designed to fit on all four-burner PITCO residential gas grills. The knob can be used on grill models RTG106, RTG301A, RTG304, RTG306, RTG401A, RTG401M and RTG402M.

The PITCO 100 - 202 degree F Thermostat Knob is a black plastic knob that fits the TH100 thermostat. This knob is used on both gas and oil fired grills that use the TH series thermocouple assemblies.

This fixed temperature control knob is fiberglass reinforced and supports a 200 to 400°F (-68 to 204°C) range. It is an instant-start, modulating gas valve and comes with a stainless steel gasket.
