A visual indication for a V4297A Transponder System.

The 67991 Visual Indicator provides an easy-to-see indication of the status of the selected V4297A. The Visual Indicator is an integral part of a selection system which allows any one of 25 different indications to be assigned to any one of 16 different conditions.

The VPI is a visual indicator for use with the V4297A, which provides an optional visual indication in addition to the audible annunciator when a fire or overheat condition exists.

The Visual Indicator, Model 67991, is used to provide a visual indication of the measured value for V4297A in-range indicators and for analog output from the internal transducer driver circuit. The indicator is a self-contained unit designed to be mounted on the chassis or panel of the control indicated by the part number suffix.

The V4297A overflow button turns red indicating data is being over-ridden and the VPC gives a visual indication of 0 or 1. The V4297A can be used with a standard coax or with an optical cable if required.

To assure proper operation, the VIM (Visual Indication Module) cannot be disassembled or modified. All other components of the VIM and the panel should be replaced as an assembly. Replacement of any part of this unit by anyone other than Honeywell Service Parts personnel is prohibited.
