This Satin Nickel finish deadbolt from Kwikset features a Square Corner design to make this deadbolt blend into your wall trim for a sleek appearance that works with any decor. The full lip strike extends up to 2 inches past the case for stability against the jamb and helps prevent any chipping around the door frame. This convenient deadbolt also features SmartKey re-key technology, so you can re-key your door locks yourself and never worry about lost or stolen keys again.

The Kwikset KW1K SQUARE CORNER Deadbolt is a basic deadbolt for residential use. The strike box adapts to any door thickness from 1-3/8" to 2-3/4" and accommodates 2-1/8" or 2" square corner strike boxes. It has a keyway cover plate and no back thumb turn. The deadbolt features a thick, reinforced strike case designed for the most demanding security needs.

To work properly, a keyed entry deadbolt must be aligned with the center of the door. The Full Lip strike adds 1/4" of nickel-plated brass to the back side of the deadbolt to ensure a flush fit on various thicknesses of door. The Full Lip Strike is sold separately; order one per lock.
