This particular style lever is compatible with 2 and 3 point latches, but can also be used as a strike to fix to the door frame only. It must be used with a KWIK-KEY face plate or cover. This is an 11/4" x 3-1/4" rectangular box steel body surface mount latch that installs in 1" pre-cut bore holes; it is not adjustable.
