The Brooklane is a full mortise front entry single cylinder deadbolt from the KWIKSET line of entry devices. This particular model has an ENTRY LEVEL designation so it's only recommended for residential and light commercial applications. This product also has a RCS designation which means it comes with a Round Corner Strike as opposed to Square Corner Strike.
