The L283-422 626 OCCUPIED/VACANT COINTURN SECTIONAL INDICATOR combines a standard indicator with a special sectional view to indicate the status of a remote sectional garage door. Its high visibility red/green photoelectric lens is illuminated by an internal reflector that turns on whenever the beam of a coindentifier, time switch or local oscillator is interrupted.

Available in satin stainless in three finishes, this sectional indicator combines elegant design with innovative technology for added security. The classic shape and simple lines are complemented by an LED glow ring that ensures the lamp will stand out boldly, whether it is dark or if there is a lot of natural lighting. The molded lens is designed to isolate the LED light for better visibility. Optional tactile detent keys can be used to discreetly indicate interior or exterior status. The L283 Series Occupancy/Vacancy Sensor is designed for use with Schlage mechanical sectional deadbolt locks to enable building access control systems. This consoldated sectional sensor monitors the movement of the lock cylinder plug and will change from Occupied to Vacant upon door closing. The lock electronics make or break circuits in both the lock cylinder and the electronic strike simultaneously, hence eliminating the need for wiring.

The Schlage ATIS1 Occupied/Vacant indicator is a maintenance-free, plastic device that mounts on any door equipped with an existing Schlage Deadbolt Button Lock. The devices provide homeowners with a simple visual indicator to see if the door is secured or not.
