The Schlage L583475 L583-475 L Series Modular Cam locks are designed to secure and release one sash when actuated by a Schlage Primus single cylinder or a Schlage Duo dual cylinder deadbolt. They can be combined with any Schlage L501-500 lock.

Connect the L SERIES L583 MODULAR CAM in 1.75-inch or 1.5-inch depth SCHLAGE locksets to your existing cylinder to update your deadbolt and enhance the security of your home. You can even use this multiple cam lock with single cylinder locksets and double cylinder locksets for added versatility.

The SCHLAGE L583475 L583-475 Series Modular Cam is designed to provide more options for locksmiths. It has a 1-1/8" (28 mm) shaft diameter that installs a cam onto the door so that a cylindrical lock can easily be converted into an electronic lock.
