HONEYWELL'S UNIVERSAL AQUASTAT ® IS A UNIVERSAL ELECTRONIC CYCLIC SOLENOID SWITCH THAT PROVIDES CONTROL OF PUMPS, LOADS AND COMMON REMOTE NODES FOR HONEYWELL ALARM SYSTEMS. THE L7224U-1002 FEATURES TWO KNOBS THAT CAN BE USED TO SELECT DIFFERENT SYSTEM FUNCTIONS AND SETUP THE SWITCH TO RUN FOR SHORT OR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.

The Honeywell L7224U-1002 is a universal electronic aquastat that connects with the Honeywell EnviraCOM communication system. This device increases comfort and convenience by providing remote control of floor heating systems.

The L7224U-1002 HONEYWELL AQUASTAT® is a non-programmable, universal aquastat which incorporates the electronic control circuitry, manual reset circuit and MOV (metal oxide varistor) surge suppression needed to control oil burner auxiliary heat (gas or oil) for residential heating appliances. The unit comes complete with air operated reset switch and 120vac power cord. This unit is UL Listed and CSA Certified.

Honeywell's L7224U-1002 electronic aquastat automatically compensates for the fact that water temperatures in a radiator system change from top to bottom and front to back. It is suitable for a compact, two-pipe steam or hot water heating system with one or more radiators, each containing between 12 and 40 elements.

It incorporates an electronic variable differential transformer with an air channel cast integral to the stator core for sensing the pressure drop across a Honeywell TH03S1442B Series Temperature Sensing Control that regulates either the supply gas or the return gas to maintain a constant water temperature.
