The Schlage L9040-OA commercial door lock is for use on wood doors, steel doors, and fire doors. This C225 CRL-O bolt lock assembly is constructed of sheet steel with a baked nylon coating. The lock can be operated with a blank cylinder or with a key in the standard mortise cylinder.

The L9040 Series is a product line of commercial locks that provides security and durability at an economical price. The Schlage C Keyway (KW) Design provides superior resistance against picking attacks. A longer 122 degree KwC keyway extends into the deadbolt to make lock bumping more difficult.
