The Lennox 12W77 VERTICAL DRAIN PAN is a highly durable and efficient part that is constructed with compliance to highest industry standards. The pan yields the durability of polymer and plastic compounds made specifically for harsh environments with heavy-duty durability.

The Lennox 12W77 2-year warranty. The Lennox vertical drain pan has no floor. This machine is what some refer to as "Pancake Style". The sump can be located above the water heater if desired.

The Lennox 12W77 Vertical Drain Pan reduces the risk of blocking the drain line in a forced-air system.

The Lennox® 12W77 Vertical Drain pan with SureVent™ Technology is an integral part of the heating and cooling system. It's designed to collect excess water in your system, and send it to a drain for easy disposal. The polypropylene tape used for its gasket is engineered to resist cracking during system expansion and contraction, giving you years of trouble-free operation.

Our vertical drain pan is made with heavy gauge steel for extra strength and corrosion resistance. The bottom features a sump that allows condensation to drain back into the unit as it cools down, more efficiently removing buildup of water while keeping air clean. The bottom drain pan also enables easier access for inspection and servicing. Available with either a galvanized finish or a white porcelain enamel finish.

The Lennox 12W77 Vertical Drain Pan is made of anodized aluminum and is strong enough to withstand heavy drainage conditions. This drain pan also features built-in wall mounts that ensure this drain pan remains level.

The Lennox® Vertical Drain Pan provides installation flexibility and reduced floor space requirements for the 10-inch / 12-inch Series 428 and 620 Type 1 condensing furnaces.
