The Lennox 21J29 StartCapac is a 270-324mfd 330v capacitor. The Capacitor is brand new and is an electrical component that uses electrostatic to store energy in an electric field. The capacitor can absorb and release energy and allows for smooth start ups of motors and other alternating current devices.

The StartCapac MV Installation Capacitor is a complete packaged capacitor system. It includes the casing, internal mounting hardware, two-pole breakers, three pin-in-shell safety covers, and ceramic split capacitor. The StartCapac MV Installation Capacitor meets the requirements of UL Listed.

The StartCapac series has been designed for rapid start capacitor discharge applications. The internal blocking diode helps keep startup surges from entering into utility power, and the built-in thermal breaker helps to protect equipment from sustained overvoltage conditions. This product also boasts a clamping DIN rail clip for quick installation in both DC and AC applications.

The Lennox StartCapac system is a high-performance, low variability capacitor designed to provide the exact amount of starting current needed, reducing both energy use and wear on the compressor.
