This item is a Lennox 25W20 Corporation NAT TO LP CONVERSION KIT.   This kit allows you to convert an old furnace from Nominal 20 (NAT) gallons per hour to this liquid Propane tank system, which burns at 10 gallons per hour.  There appears to be some manufacturing defects on some of the parts.   I would recommend using this for someone who has experience with propane and working with old furnaces as there is no operation guide or operation manual. It is missing the Ball valve and Fire cone but I believe they are obsolete parts.

It includes a LP Conversion kit, overhaul kit, and safety screen for consumption sensors.

This is a LENNOX 25W20 NAT to LP conversion kit.

The Lennox NAT-to-LP conversion kit is designed to allow a natural gas furnace control to be changed to a fuel oil powered furnace. The kit consists of an LP conversion module which plugs into the electronic carbon monoxide sensor connection and a LP to NAT harness. The LP conversion module must be replaced each time the furnace is converted between fuel types.

The Skylark 25W20 NAT TO LP Conversion Kit converts a Lennox 25W20 from Natural Gas to Proprietary Liquid Propane for use in LP Gas Conversion markets. This conversion kit is a drop-in replacement of the original "Old" High Pressure Natural Gas lines and/or pilot assemblies, which are not compatible with "New" Low Pressure LP Gas Conversion Appliances with Exception of the High Cut Off Assembly when used on Lennox 26W89 and Legacy Chassis models. Not designed or approved for any other applications.
