With state-of-the-art components, the system can heat and cool a wide range of spaces (up to 900 sq ft). The 27H45 features a 1/6hp 208/230v motor that is rated at 6700 RPM, with an efficiency rating of 92.9% AFUE. The motor meets CE and CSA standards, as well as Energy Star® certification. In addition, each unit is equipped with a built-in diagnostics system for quick and easy inspection.
