The 1Hp (1.05 kW) ECM Motor with a NEMA Premium™ Frame features totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) construction and shielded type terminals. The motor has a frame size that is designed for shafting sizes 0.75 inches (19 mm) O.D. to 2 inches (51 mm) O.D. The new 3300 Series ECM 1Hp ECM Mtr gives NFPA 99 rating. A solid-state design, it delivers true 60Hz power and ultra-low subsynchronous under-frequency noise levels. Its continuous duty, 100% closed loop control provides three-phase stable operation for all applications.

The 1Hp ECM Brushless Motor is designed as a replacement motor for old Lennox systems. It provides quieter operation and longer life expectancy than competitor designs. The 1Hp ECM brushless motor is a pre-wired, pre-plumbed, and pre-tested with all accessories included for field installation.

The ECM type 1HP High Efficiency/High Torque motor supplied to Lennox by EMG Corporation is a 1 Horsepower, AC, Permanent Split Capacitor (PSC), 3 Phase, 460 Volt, Molded Case Motor rated at 1050 RPM. The EMG ECM BLOWER MOTOR can be found on Lennox brand residential and commercial furnace models that use a single phase motor or a combination of single phase motors. The most common replaceable part of the motor is the blower fan assembly which is typically constructed of stamped steel with molded plastic blade guards.

The ECM motor is designed to run on fan speeds down to 60% for maximum efficiency and light weight. Ideal for use with commercial or residential zoning packages. The ECM motor features a permanent split capacitor with a class-F drive winding for added repairability. The ECM motor's unique construction has allowed Lennox to achieve a service factor of 2X that of other motors in the 1/8 to 1/2 Hp range.
