The Lennox® 44W12 Filter/Drier is designed to fit most Lennox® residential HVAC equipment in a horizontal or vertical position. This filter/drier helps protect your furnace from wear and tear with a filtration efficiency of up to 99.97% at .3 microns.

The Lennox 44W12 Filter/Drier is a 12-inches by 44-inches filter/drier that works with up to 60 static pressure. This filter will help you protect your furnace against dust and contaminants so you can keep your furnace running at its peak level.

The Lennox 44W12 Filter/Drier is Lennox's original equipment and brand name for the evaporator coil, motor, capacitor, and controls. - Meets or exceeds OEM standards

The Lennox 44W12 filter/drier is a compatible replacement for the 44W12 filter/drier.

The Water Panel Filter/Drier can be used with the Lennox Gas Tankless water heating and cooling system. This unit collects sediment from the incoming gas supply, keeping the burner and system free from in-flowing sand and debris. The Filter/Drier should be replaced annually to ensure optimal performance of the Gas Tankless system.

The Lennox 44W12 Filter/Drier is made to use in a forced air system with 3 or 4 ton. It is specifically designed for all heat pumps and works by removing water from the refrigerant line to eliminate problems caused by moisture such as compressor failure, unreliable performance, and lower efficiency.
