The Lennox Heat Exchanger maintains a constant pressure differential across the core that causes the fluid to circulate in a smooth, even, laminar flow. This eliminates the need for blade action-the typical method of dispersing/discharging heat in conventional systems.

Lennox Heat Exchangers are designed to reclaim all the heat that would otherwise be exhausted from your furnace and transfer this heat to the cooler water in the process of heating it. This back-up heat is transferred through tubes similar to those used on a car radiator, and quite often you'll find these heat exchangers running long after the burner has shut off. This allows for a much more efficient operation and leaves you with very little unwanted heat waste.
