This replacement blower pulley fits Lennox Air Conditioners with a 1"" bore. Fits the following models:

Lennox 49K40 blower pulley, 1"" bore

Our expanded 1"" bore blower pulleys are direct replacements for most major brands of heat pumps.

The Lennox 49K40 blower pulley is used on LENNOX air handlers with 1-3/4"" bore blowers (for example Series 500, 501, 502, and 503).

A blower pulley with a 1 inch bore that will work on most Pellet stoves.

The Lennox blower pulley allows for maintenance free operation of blower motors. By removing the need for a belt, this blower pulley decreases the complexity of replacement, reduces spare part costs, and extends the blower motor's life cycle. The large 3" bore on the pulley fits all belt sizes to reduce the time and cost associated with belt installation and replacement.
