For cooling performance and efficiency unmatched in its class, with two speeds and two-stage cooling capacities. This unit is fully insulated and features a 7" direct-drive blower motor. It is perfectly suited for small and multi-story homes. The Lennox 1/3 HP model 62 Air Conditioner is designed for use in warm weather climates where the average temperature in the cooling season will not fall below 60 degrees F. Single Stage models will cool effectively to about 78 degrees F while Multi-Stage models are capable of cooling down to about 67 degrees F. Installation must comply with local building codes."
