This 1/2horsepower ECM motor for a Lennox single packaged air conditioner. This is a replacement part in the event your unit requires repairs or replacement of the original motor.

The Lennox 73C25-1 1/2hp ECM motor is designed to protect your HVAC system and make it run more efficiently. This ECM motor has an internal sensor that can monitor and help control your indoor air quality. Use only in a two-stage variable speed air handler with single stage variable speed scroll compressor.

ECM™ (Effi ciency Counts) technology is ideal for forced air and hydronic heating and cooling systems. Its high efficiency design reduces power consumption without compromising performance. This1/2 hp ECM motor has a 135-degree firing angle, resulting in increased combustion speed. This translates to greater efficiency and, consequently, reduced operating costs.

The Lennox 73W01 ECM motor is small in size but has big power. With a simple plug-and-play installation process, this 1/2hp motor is built to last and provides efficiency.

The 1/2 hp ECM (Electronically Commutated Motor) delivers up to 50% more airflow with less sound than a standard induction motor. ECM motors have also shown the potential for increased efficiency, reduced power consumption and lower operating temperatures. For these reasons, Lennox ECM motors utilize a permanent magnet motor brushless design, which offers greater reliability, higher efficiency and performance over time.
