The condenser coil on this unit has a high-efficiency aluminum fin type. This furnace has an anti-corrosive aluminized finish on the exhaust heat exchanger for greater durability. The optimal comfort cooling settings and the blower wheel in this furnace have been balanced and tested to provide superior comfort cooling.

The Lennox 80K52 Air Conditioner is a 12 SEER, 2-Stage Air Conditioner with Variable Scroll Compressor. It features a 23 Ton (22.5 Ton Nominal) Cooling Capacity, 36,000 BTU Heating Capacity, and is R410A Refrigerant capable.
