The Lennox 84K65 Spark Ignitor/Sensor is the same replacement part as the 84K65.

A spark ignitor is a safety device used to start gas furnaces. It consists of an electric cartridge that contains various components; insulators, carbon blocks , resistance wire and a terminal for attaching the wire to high voltage wires in the furnace. When the pilot flame is out, electricity from the furnace's power source is routed through the low resistance wire and heats it to produce a flame which prompts the gas valve to open so that natural gas is released into the burner compartment.
