The Lennox® Hard Start kit is designed for use with Model 8M Series gas furnaces. It comes with a variety of components, including a solid-state relay, a gas pressure switch, and a high-temperature limit switch. The system is designed to be used in new or replacement installations, as well as for replacement of an existing Hard Start kit.

The Lennox Hard-Start Kit includes a 3/4 HP soft-start capacitor, thermostat, thermal overload and mounting hardware. Order the easy-to-install components separately: a 9.5 kW or 13.5 kW two stage air-cooled gas furnace coupled with a 2-stage A/C heat pump, or a single stage air-cooled gas furnace; all available in multiple sizes and configurations.
