The Lennox 91M01 is a 6 ton single stage and low voltage motored TXV valve designed to be used in conjunction with air conditioning and heat pump furnaces. The valve works for R410A and R22 refrigerants and has a voltage range of 110-300 volts.

The Model 91M01 TXV is designed for use on R-22 refrigerant systems. This valve has three basic methods of operation: direct modulation, pnp or device controlled. It is factory preset to pnp with 0.5% superheat protection. If desired, the superheat protection can be disabled by factory service.

The 91M01 is a two-stage reversing valve designed for use as a cooling or heating device between -22°F and 100°F. Its TXV system provides tight control over the operating range by homogenizing the refrigerant flow at constant mass flow and pressure ratio over the entire control range. This offers great flexibility and the ability to fine tune comfort.

The 91M01 GP-Series TXV reduces loss of cooling capacity due to refrigerant leakage with a built-in, non-adjustable restriction. It takes up less space and is easier to install or retrofit than a pan-type TXV.
