The 10-5242 is a long stem angle valve that is used in a variety of Market Forge Inc. boilers. The angle valve assists in solving issues and performance problems, while enhancing the overall performance of the boiler. The angle valve is self-aligning, resistant to corrosion and provides smooth water passage throughout its operation.

The Long Stem Angle valve is used primarily on Baker burners as an air bleeder. The 10-5242 Long Stem Angle Valve screws into the transition fitting with the #1/2" NPT thread on the end and is adjustable to 10 different positions via the adjustment knob on its body. The stem measures approximately 12" long.

The Long Stem Angle Valve 1/2 is a straight acting, double solenoid, butterfly control valve. Engineered for direct operation application where both full stroke and directional control is needed.

The Long Stem Angle valve is a brass body rotary vavle that has open port and opposite port configuration. The long stem angle valve is utilized for viewing flow of traffic in process applications. This valve is designed to be easily used with people standing by it without having to stoop down or turn to see what is happening.

The 1/2 inch x 24 inch long angle valve is a replacement part for the following LH welded plow parts: an angle valve connects a welded yoke to a pedestal, an angle valve connects a long welded skewer to a pedestal, and an angle plug is located on many pedestals on plows with harrows.

The 1/2" Long Stem Valve is designed to replace the original equipment pressure relief valve in a High Efficiency (HE) steam boiler and works to protect and maintain proper system conditions. This valve is equipped with an angle stem style that prevents damage to steam piping and lined piping up to 2000°F (1093°C). This unit has a maximum working pressure of 250 PSI.
