HONEYWELL M6184D-1035 MODUTROL IV 24V FLOATING CONTROL ACTUATOR

The M6184D-1035 ModuTrol IV floating controls are field-adjustable, ranging from 0 to 60 FPM. The floating controls operate on a single supply system to control 3- or 4-way valves. They are designed with floating operation that permits the use of one supply system to operate up to four valves, and wet contact outputs for control of a damper or auxiliary device by the temperature setting on the programmer. These features require no special wiring and reduce installation costs.

The MODUTROL IV 24V FLOATING CONTROL ACTUATOR is a pneumatic, proportional control valve with high loop efficiencies. The linear action of fully modulating or floating concept allows accurate 2-3-4 quadrant modulation of high flow air & gas, and liquid media.

The MODUTROL IV 24 V FLOATING ACTUATOR is a permanent magnet, direct acting controller with manual release. The Modutrol IV acts on the door hingeline via an arm. It provides status information by operating normally, or flashing when an alarm occurs.

The 24V Floating Control Actuator is part of the Modutrol® IV, Series N, family of products. The series utilizes a geometry built into the actuator, which reacts to in-tank movements in only one direction.

The MODUTROL IV is a 24-Vdc float control actuator, based on reliable electro-hydraulic technology. Designed to operate on either 30 or 55 psi gas pressure supply, these new units are suitable for both residential and commercial applications. The MODUTROL IV can be installed in one of two different ways. The input-module can be mounted above or below ground level depending on the application design.
