The Honeywell 12335 Modulating Actuator helps manage the amount of heating/cooling required by a Z Wave system. This item replaces the conventional light switch and when paired with the Honeywell RTH2310B1120 and/or RTH2310B1124 Thermostats will enable the homeowner to remotely control their heating and cooling systems.

The Honeywell 12335 actuator is designed for position modulation using an adjustable 4 to 20mA input signal (30 to 60 second cycle time). It features a 500 ohm 2 watt dc resistance and produces a 0.15" square wave output voltage when connected to a 4 to 20mA input signal. The 12335 has a 90° or 160 degree rated coil with 150 lb-in breakaway torque. It delivers 30 continuous operations at 24vdc and 60 cyclic operations at 28vdc, both with less than 10% duty cycle. This actuator meets UL Standard 2043 specifications for Residential Garage Doors.

These plug-in transformers are electro-pneumatic in nature and can be used for either modulating or non-modulating control of electric energy required for the operation of actuators, motors, solenoids, valves, etc. The appropriate operating characteristics of these transformers are determined by the mounting characteristics of the particular model.

The 12335 is a small form CSP actuator operating with 4 or 20 mA DC Current. Its unique dual/variable output allows operation as either a motor/actuating device or a positioner. An integrated circuit provides closed loop commutation, braking, direction reversing and current limiting functions while the actuator is un-driven to eliminate creep and contact noise emissions.
