The 125-psi line regulator has high burst and rupture ratings. The compact design is ideal for use in confined areas and it has a locknut to secure the connection between it and the 125-psi supply pressure and connects directly to pneumatic tools. This line regulator maintains 125-psi pressure at the tool when compressed air drops 100 psi. This controller offers 1/2"" control valves, which are well suited for mobile and industrial applications that require flow and pressure regulation. This unit provides five linear output ranges and five proportional output ranges with a maximum flow capacity of 2700 psi at 175 degrees F, 680 cfm at 250 degrees F, and 4.1 SCFM at 275 PSIG. This industrial controller comes with a manual override, lockout protection, process indicator output, and an alarm output.
The 325-5L single stage pump is constructed with metal gears, piston and valve assembly, a Maxitrol block and a plastic base. All Maxitrol pumps are factory equipped with a pressure limiting device. If the discharge pressure reaches a preset point, the limiting device will not permit any additional pressure to be produced. This is especially important in applications such as spray painting where the operator is working to an exact formula including flow rate, viscosity and air temperature. The quick couplers are plated to resist corrosion and have neoprene gaskets which provide tight seals for all types of liquids.
