The RV48 is a 1/2 (inch) poppet-style regulator with pressure limiter. Maxitrol tank controls are primarily used as burner controls or in pilot-operated liquid-ring vacuum breakers. They can be configured for either high or low limit firing application, but should not be used to modulate pilot flames. All limit devices are set at the factory and must not be modified by users.
