FLOW SWITCH (LOW FLOW RATE SENSITIVITY) 3/4" 11476

Our 3/4" Flow Switch operates on a low flow rate sensitivity setting of 8 GPM. In the unlikely event that the flow closes when it should be open, simply turn the switch off for 10 seconds and turn it back on. It will reset automatically. This major safety feature helps to keep your system protected from freeze ups!

The Flow Switch low flow rate sensitivity is fit for cooling, heating, water treatment, and other industrial applications. It has a pressure rating of 150 psi, maximum working temperature of 200° F, and a maximum flow rate or 17 GPM.

Used in many applications, the 4120 Flow Switch is a manually resetable, low flow rate, normally open switch. The 4120 is available in 1/2", 3/4", and 1" diameters. When used with the appropriate flanges and auxiliary parts, it is suitable for alkaline water applications. For the selector plate, use 7130 Item Number.

This flow switch is used to detect low flow rates through a pipe, conduit, or hose and to activate or deactivate equipment requiring such a flow. This is a Normally closed (NC) valve and will shut off the flow when on with 4-20 mA signal wire input. The sensor features a cylindrical, all brass design for high reliability in harsh conditions.

For drinking-water applications, you need a flow switch that can tell the difference between water flow and pump cavitation. Choose the 3/4" Flow Switch, fitted with a diaphragm and latching solenoid, for installation in almost any application. With adapters included, you can hook it up to just about any brand of pump.

The Flow Switch (FS) is an economical, compact and reliable flow measurement sensor. It is designed with user friendly features, quick and simple installation procedures and a cost effective price. The FS 0...100% range eliminates the need for external electronics equipment. This model has been modified with low flow sensitivity to increase detection accuracy while reducing the system response time.

Designed with a NPT threaded inlet/outlet, the FS5 series of flow switches is compatible with almost any low pressure fluid handling application or system. Inline assembly for process instrumentation 0-100 psi, 1/4 turn on/off handle, SPST normally open, and dual scale for high temp and low temp. (low flow)
