Hessaire Rigid Media for 5300 CFM Mobile Coolers is designed to operate as a reference cool box for transportation of controlled temperature instrumentation, as well as a stand-alone cold box holding up to 32 trays. These single use units are perfect for shipping, shipping & receiving or as an automatic transfer switch / power pack.

This Media Set, MFC6000,MFC61, M250 is for use with the 5300 CFM Mobile Cooler, model MC-5305. The Media Set, MFC6000, MFC61 and M250 is an efficient way to cool 5300 CFM. The set comes with forty-eight (48) 50 cubic foot boxes of Hessaire Rigid Media (model R50), two (2) 8 cubic feet bags of Hessaire Flexible Media (model F50) and one (1) box of forty-eight ¼” to 2” mix tape.

The 5300 CFM mobile cooler has an internal fan in the blower compartment that pulls media (Hessaire) from the filter compartment through the core. The media is then discharged into the ductwork, with a range of 6-10 feet. The M250 and MFC6000 have automatic media feeders that allow for quick reloading to maintain optimal cooling performance throughout your day.

The media set includes six rigid media filters that allow cooling for 5300 CFM of airflow. The MFC6000 uses four filters with 65% efficiency or eight with 57% efficiency.

These media filters are designed to be used with 5300 CFM and smaller air systems. There are no moving parts in these filters and the air simply goes through the very densely packed media. The design makes these filters ideal for providing maximum cooling, while still being able to easily clean as there are no corners or crevices that can trap bacteria or dust particles.
